Monthly Minutes!
March 12, 2007
The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Twp. Board was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Roll call was taken- present were, Trustee Lamb, Clerk Brown, Trustee Feight , Supervisor Schlegel and Treasurer Bunch. Attorney Brooks was also present.
Supervisor Schlegel led the Pledge of Allegiance.
A motion to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2007 meeting was made by Lamb; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Feight to accept the Treasurer's report as presented and place it on file; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
A motion to approve the payment of the bills was made by Lamb; seconded by Brown. Motion carried.
A motion to accept the Building Inspector's report was made by Schlegel; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lamb to approve the request by Debbie and Randy Dusseau for the addition of a 16' x 36' structure on the south side of the 1000 Block of East M-50(East of M-52) as recommended by the Zoning Board; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
Schlegel moved to approve the contract with Advance Pest Management for $14,225 seconded by Lamb. 4-Ayes 1- Nays. Motion carried.
Dump Day collection will be on April 7, 2007 from 8:00A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at 3266 Gady Rd.
Supervisor Report was given.
Open discussion was held.
There being no further business, Schlegel moved the meeting be adjourned at 8:06 P.M.; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
