April 9, 2007
The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Twp. Board was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Roll call was taken- present were, Trustee Lamb, Clerk Brown, Trustee Feight , Supervisor Schlegel and Treasurer Bunch. Attorney Brooks was also present.
A motion to approve the minutes of the March 12, 2007 meeting was made by Lamb; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Schlegel to accept the Treasurer's report as presented and place it on file; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
A motion to approve the payment of the bills was made by Brown; seconded by Schlegel. Motion carried.
A motion to accept the Building Inspector's report was made by Lamb; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
The Master Plan Proposal was discussed and put on hold until a later meeting.
Schlegel moved to approve the contract with Lenawee County Road Commission for crack seal coat Pleasant Drive and Valleydale $24,568.00, crack seal Ravenwood Court $2,729.48 and seal coat Grange Hall Hwy. $7,668.15 for a total of $34,965.63 and pay the down payment of $12,269.47; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
The Board discussed Mobile Home Park Zoning.
Treasurer Bunch will transfer one C. D. to Tecumseh Credit Union.
Schlegel moved to approve the preliminary budget and salary schedule; seconded by Brown. Motion carried.
Schlegel moved to hold the Public Hearing to discuss the proposed budget and salary schedule on May 14, 2007 at 7:20 P.M. at the Masonic Lodge; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
Supervisor Report was given.
Open discussion was held.
There being no further business, Feight moved the meeting be adjourned at 8:15 P.M.; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
