The Inflation Rate
Used in the 2010 capped value formula will be .997 as determined by the State of Michigan. This is the first reduction since proposal A began.
Your 2010 residential SEV will change based on a sales study for the township of Tecumseh. Our sales study for the past year shows a decrease of slightly greater then 10%. We had 25 home sales this past year with 15 of them being foreclosures. Foreclosures are not used the calculations as is the case in other townships in Lenawee county.
