Monthly Minutes!

July 12, 2010


The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Schlegel at 7:00 P.M.

Supervisor Schlegel led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken- present were, Supervisor Schlegel, Clerk Brown, and Trustee Lamb. Attorney Brooks was also present. Absent were Trustee Feight and Treasurer Bunch.

A motion to approve the minutes of the June 14, 2010 meeting was made by Lamb; seconded by Schlegel. Motion carried. The Treasurer's report was reviewed and placed on file.

A motion for the approval to pay the bills was made by Brown; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried. Building Inspector's report was given and placed on file.

The Board discussed funding of the Clinton Township recycling program and Schlegel made a motion to pay Clinton Township $400.00 to go toward the recycling program; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.

Schlegel moved to approve payment not to exceed $3550.00 to MCM Group Inc. for Township insurance covering the fiscal year 2010-2011; seconded by Brown. Motion carried.

Supervisor's report was given. There being no further business, Brown moved the meeting be adjourned at 7:40 P.M.; seconded by Schlegel. Motion carried.
