Monthly Minutes!
November 12, 2007
The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Twp. Board was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Roll call was taken- present were, Supervisor Schlegel, Trustee Lamb, Clerk Brown, and Trustee Feight. Attorney Brooks was also present. Treasurer Bunch was absent.
A motion to approve the minutes of the October 8, 2007 meeting was made by Feight; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Brown to accept the Treasurer's report as presented and place it on file; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
A motion to approve the payment of the bills was made by Lamb; seconded by Brown. Motion carried.
A motion to accept the Building Inspector's report was made by Lamb; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
Mobile Home Park Zoning paper work is done and needs signatures. Public Hearing will be scheduled at a later date.
The Board reviewed the Township's Master Plan and will finalize at a future meeting. The Board discussed the Exotic Animal Ordinance and decided to table any action. Also discussed was the renewal of Certificate at United Bank and Trust.
Feight moved to approve the land division requested by Jeff Hartman at 9968 Matthews Hwy., as recommended by Assessor Tim Voorhees; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
The Board discussed the trash recycle bin with Raisin Township. Also discussed was a Poverty Exemption Resolution.
The Supervisor's report was given. Open discussion was held.
There being no further business, Feight moved the meeting be adjourned at 8:00P.M.; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
