Monthly Minutes!
December 9, 2011
The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Schlegel at 7:00 P.M.
Supervisor Schlegel led the Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken- present were, Supervisor Schlegel, Clerk Brown, and Trustee Lamb. Absent were Trustee Feight and Treasurer Bunch.
A motion to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2011 meeting was made by Lamb; seconded by Schlegel. Motion carried.
The Treasurer's report was reviewed and placed on file.
A motion for the approval to pay the bills was made by Brown; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
There was no Building report.
The Board discussed the Red Mill Pond and the Dam; Schlegel did attend the public meeting on the 15th of November and gave the Board a report.
Lamb made a motion to purchased four Authorities and Responsibilities of Michigan Township Officials books at $35.00 each; seconded by Schlegel. Motion carried.
The Board is looking for a 5th member for the Tecumseh Township Planning Commission Supervisor's report was given.
There being no further business, Lamb moved the meeting be adjourned at 7:32 P.M.; seconded by Schlegel. Motion carried.
