Monthly Minutes!
January 13, 2014
The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Schlegel at 7:00 P.M.
Supervisor Schlegel led the Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken- present were, Supervisor Schlegel, Clerk Brown, Treasurer Bunch, Trustee Lamb and Trustee Feight. Attorney Brooks was also present.
A motion to approve the minutes of the December 9, 2013 meeting was made by Lamb; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report was reviewed and placed on file.
Brown made a motion to have Treasurer Bunch renew the C.D. at Huntington Bank at the best rate available at Huntington Bank; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
A motion for the approval to pay the bills was made by Brown; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
Building report was reviewed and placed on file.
The Board will review the River Raisin Watershed material and vote on payment of dues for 2014 at a later date.
The Board discussed possible road work by the Lenawee County Road Commission for next year. This work would total an estimated amount of $140,000.00.
Supervisor's report was given by Schlegel.
The Board of review will meet on March 10th and 11th 2014.
There being no further business, Bunch moved the meeting be adjourned at 7:51P.M.; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried.
