Monthly Minutes!
April 14, 2014
The regular meeting of the Tecumseh Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Schlegel at 7:00 P.M.
Supervisor Schlegel led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll call was taken- present were, Supervisor Schlegel Clerk Brown, Trustee Lamb, Trustee Feight and Treasurer Bunch. Attorney Brooks was also present.
The Board had guest comments from three residents who have property near the corner of M-50 and Matthews Hwy. about loud noise from motorcycles. Schlegel will check with law enforcement for noise violations.
A motion to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2014 meeting was made by Lamb; seconded by Feight. Motion carried.
The Treasurer's report was reviewed and placed on file.
A motion for the approval to pay the bills was made by Brown; seconded by Lamb. Motion carried. No Building Report was given.
Schlegel made a motion to pay the River Raisin Watershed dues of $197.00; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
Lamb made a motion to grant a renewal of Conditional Use Permit for Creek Plastics, LLC of 1601 E. Monroe Rd.; seconded by Bunch. Ayes-5 Nays-0. Motion carried.
The Board reviewed the 2014-2015 Township Budget and Schlegel made a motion to hold a Public Hearing at the next Township meeting May 12, 2014 at 7:30 P.M. seconded by Brown. Motion carried.
Supervisor's report was given by Schlegel.
There being no further business, Schlegel moved the meeting be adjourned at 8:07 P.M.; seconded by Bunch. Motion carried.
